SHINGLE ROOF:
We start every shingle roofing project by completely removing the old roof and renailling the decking to ensure a solid foundation. From there, we install new underlayment to meet local building codes, followed by high-quality architectural shingles backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
METAL ROOF:
We start by tearing off the old roof and inspecting the decking to ensure it’s in good shape. After renailling as needed, we install synthetic underlayment for added protection. Then we finish with 26-gauge Tuff-Rib metal panels and matching trim for a durable, weather-resistant roof with a clean, finished look.
JAMES HARDIE FIBER CEMENT BOARD SIDING:
We begin by tearing off the old siding and inspecting the wall structure. Then we install a high-quality moisture barrier to protect your home from the elements. After that, we install James Hardie® fiber cement siding—known for its unmatched durability, fire resistance, and long-lasting curb appeal. It resists warping, cracking, pests, and harsh weather, making it one of the most trusted siding products on the market.
LP-SMARTSIDE SIDING:
We start by tearing off the old siding and inspecting the wall sheathing. Then we install a moisture barrier to protect your home from water intrusion. From there, we install LP® SmartSide® siding, known for its durability, impact resistance, and beautiful wood-grain look. It’s engineered to stand up to harsh weather, resist fungal decay and termites, and offers a clean, modern curb appeal that lasts.
F.A.Q.
What is better Metal or Shingle Roofing?
Both roofing types have their benefits. Metal roofing is more energy efficient but can cause cell phone signal loss. With the cost of a metal roof you may not receive your full investment back if selling your home in 10 years or less.
What's the difference between LP-SmartSide and James Hardie Board?
LP® SmartSide® is engineered wood siding that’s lightweight, impact-resistant, and treated to resist moisture and pests. James Hardie is fiber cement siding, known for its fire resistance, durability, and low maintenance. LP SmartSide is easier to install, while James Hardie offers greater longevity and weather resistance.
How long does a project take?
Our average roofing projects take up 3 business days and our average siding projects take 3-4 business days.
How will you remove any materials that are torn off my roof/siding?
We remove all torn-off roofing/siding materials using a debris management process that keeps your property clean and protected. This includes:
- Placing tarps or protective coverings around your home and landscaping
- Using a dump trailer or dumpster on-site for quick and safe disposal
- Cleaning up thoroughly at the end of each day, including using magnets to pick up nails
We make sure everything is hauled away and disposed of properly, leaving your property clean and debris-free.
